Financial Information

Basic Costs

FULL-TIME STUDENTS

Tuition ………………………………………………………………………………………..$2,150.00

This rate is based on a minimum load of 12 semester hours and a maximum load of 18 semester hours.  Any students allowed to enrol for additional hours above this maximum will be charged at the rate of $175.00 per semester hour.

PART-TIME STUDENTS

This rate is up to and including 11 hours.

Undergraduate Expenses

COMPLETING REGISTRATION

In order to complete registration, the semester’s tuition must be paid in full.  All conditional fees applicable to the student must be paid in full.  If the student is a resident dorm student, the first installment of the room and board fee must be paid.  Installments are calculated by taking the total room and board semester fee and dividing it into four payments.


LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

Students must pay their bills on time.  A late fee will be added on the tenth of each month for any outstanding amount.


REFUNDS

Should a student withdraw or be dismissed during a semester, there is no refund on the semester’s tuition or any conditional fees that have been prepaid.  Unused portions of the room and board fees will be refunded if they have been prepaid.  A student will be charged room and board fees through the calendar month of withdrawal or official dismissal from the college.


GRADUATION AND TRANSFER OF CREDITS

Accounts must be paid in full before graduation of the student or transfer of any credits to another educational institution.
